This policy explains what Day It Came True (operated by Li Shan, an individual in China) does with your information.

No account needed

You don't need to sign up or log in. We don't ask for your name to create a story.

What we store

When you create a story, we save the generated story text and its affirmations under a random private ID, which is in your private link (/wish/s/<id>). We save them so you can come back and listen again. We don't keep the details you typed into the form once the story has been generated. Anyone who has your private link can open the story, so share it only with people you trust.

AI provider

To write your story, what you type is sent to our AI text provider, DeepSeek, which processes it to generate the text. Please don't include sensitive personal information, such as health details, ID numbers or other people's private data.

Deleting your story

Every story page has a Delete my story button. It permanently deletes the story text, the affirmations and any audio file from our storage. You can also email us your story link and ask us to delete it.

Payments

If you buy the extras, Creem (our merchant of record) processes your payment and receives your email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card number.

Hosting and cookies

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses for security. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores a few simple counters locally (localStorage), and these are not sent to us.

Ads

Free story pages may show ads in the future. If we add an ad provider, we'll update this policy before it goes live.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16.
